Roberta est née à Turin - Italie - dans une famille passionnée de jazz.
Elle commence à apprendre la musique avec la clarinette à l’âge de 12 ans,
à 17 ans elle commence à chanter dans un club de jazz de la banlieue de Turin. A 18 ans elle décide de partir pour Milan puis s’installe aux États-Unis.

Depuis, Roberta se produit à travers le monde et a joué avec
Michael Becker, Ron Carter, Herbie Hancock, Side Hampton, Roy Hargrove, Jimmy Heath, Hank Jones et beaucoup d’autres.

Roberta was born in Torino, Italy, into a family where jazz was much loved and appreciated. She began listening to this music as a child and started taking clarinet lessons when she was 12 years old, at 17 she began singing and performing in jazz clubs around Northern Italy, at 18 she decided to move to Milan and then to the United States. She has performed with Michael Becker, Ron Carter, Herbie Hancock, Side Hampton, Roy Hargrove, Jimmy Heath, Hank Jones amongst many others.
